On the day · your day fully captured

Your day, told by everyone who was there.

Alfred opens a conversation with every guest on WhatsApp and asks them what they saw, what they felt, what happened on their side of the room. Their photos, videos, and voice notes land in one shared gallery, together with the story behind each one.

A photo from the day, open in the shared gallery, with the words of the guest who took it underneath it.

How it works.

You share one link or upload your guest list. Alfred does the asking, the chasing, and the keeping.

01

You share one link or upload your guest list

Put it in the invitation, in the group chat, on a card on the table. Guests tap it once and they are in, on WhatsApp, with no app to install and no account to make. Or upload your guest list with their phone numbers and we contact them directly.

Two minutes to set up
Works for a dinner of nine or a wedding of six hundred.
02

Alfred talks to each guest

Not a form and not an upload button. A conversation, one guest at a time, that asks what they saw and how it felt from where they were standing. They answer in writing, by voice, or with the photo they just took. The two of you get a thread of your own, so your side of the day is collected too.

Before, during, and after
The conversation keeps going for as long as people have something to say.
03

Everything arrives in one gallery

Photos, videos, and voice notes appear as they are sent, each one part of the gallery of the event. Like them, reply to them, watch the room talk to itself. The gallery fills up during the party instead of two weeks after.

Live
You decide what stays private and what the room can see.
04

Afterwards it becomes something you keep

The gallery is yours to download and to keep. When you want more than a folder of photos, the same stories become a book, a film, or a podcast.

A few weeks after
Only if you want it. The collection stands on its own.

You pay per guest.

You pay only for confirmed guests, billed after the wedding. Your first 20 guests are free.

Someone is always ready to help.

On the day itself one of us is on the other end, making sure the link works, the guests are answering, and nothing gets lost between the ceremony and the last song. Write in the app and you get a person, not a form.

Talk to us first

Before you ask.

What if our guests never answer?
You pay for the guests you add, and Alfred asks each of them more than once, at the moments they are most likely to reply. Some people answer with one photo and nothing else, and that is a good outcome too. The gallery is built from whoever does talk.
Who can see what our guests send?
You do, always, and first. Guests see the shared gallery, and you decide what goes into it: anything can be kept between the two of you with one tap. Nothing is public and nothing is posted anywhere.
When are we charged?
After the wedding, once your list is final. Your first 20 guests are free, and you can keep adding guests up to the day itself, so the number only settles when the day is over.
Do we need a photographer as well?
Yes, if you want one. Alfred collects the day from the inside: the tables, the corridor, the car on the way home, the things a photographer is not standing next to. Your photographer’s work drops into the same gallery, so it all lives in one place.
Can we download everything afterwards?
Every photo, video and voice note, at full quality, whenever you like. The collection is yours to keep whether or not you ever order a book or a film.

Set it up now, and forget about it until the day.
