Alfred for weddings · now in early access

Keep the whole story of your wedding.

Alfred helps you keep the full story of your wedding — the voices, the toasts, the reflections, not just the photos. Each guest contributes through WhatsApp — no new app to download — and Alfred weaves it all into one interactive memory you can later turn into a book or a podcast (a short film is coming soon). Free up to 20 guests; only pay for the guests who say yes.

How Alfred works for weddings

From the save-the-date to the whole story, kept.

1

Plan

A wedding can be a day, a weekend or a week.
Add your ceremony, reception, brunch — whatever shape your celebration takes. Drop in dietary notes, dress code. Then send one link — or upload your guest list. RSVPs come back in one tap.
2

Gather

Guests contribute through WhatsApp.
During the wedding, Alfred quietly gathers voices, toasts, reflections and photos and videos through WhatsApp, from each of your guests and you. No new app, no login. Even your grandmother can use it. Everything is then collected in your own private interactive space.
3

Remember

One interactive memory, then a book, a thank-you postcard or a podcast.
After the goodbyes, Alfred collects your guests' stories and weaves everyone's contributions into the interactive memory. From there, turn it into a book, a dual-host podcast, or a thank-you postcard — whichever feels right. A short film format is coming soon.
The gentle moments — across your wedding
2 hours before
Alfred introduces itself.
A warm welcome message lands in every guest's WhatsApp. Alfred invites them to start sending anything they'd like remembered — voice notes, photos, videos, a quick line — and promises to keep it safe.
During
The gallery's filling up.
As the wedding unfolds, Alfred nudges each guest to check the shared gallery and keep contributing — a photo from their table, a voice note for the couple, anything they want kept. Living, real-time momentum.
After
A gentle round-up.
The morning after the last goodbye, Alfred asks for anything left to add — the photo a guest took on the way home, a reflection that came overnight. Then it goes quiet and starts weaving the memory.

Why Alfred for weddings

The only thing that captures the whole story of the wedding.

vs. a guest photo app
It’s not just photos. It’s the whole story.

Most guest photo apps give you a shared gallery and stop there. Alfred captures the voices, toasts and reflections too — and weaves them with the photos into one interactive memory you keep.

vs. your videographer
Alfred captures what the camera missed.

Your videographer captures the moments you booked them for. Alfred captures the rest — the toasts you didn’t hear, the photo your aunt took from her table, the voice note your father left the morning of. They pair perfectly.

vs. doing it yourself
No QR codes. No "please upload to the Dropbox".

No more chasing 90 guests over WhatsApp for photos. Alfred sends gentle prompts across the wedding, in your guests’ existing chat. No app. No login. Even your 80-year-old grandmother can use it.

What couples ask

The seven real questions.

Pulled from the actual conversations with our first 40 couples. If you have a different one, write to us — we'll add it.

Ask Alfred

Your photographer captures the images you booked them for — the formal portraits, the ceremony, the first dance. Alfred captures the rest of the story: the toasts you didn't hear, the photo your aunt took from her table, the voice note your father left you the morning of, the phone videos of the dance-floor. The two pair perfectly.

No. Guests get a single link via WhatsApp, iMessage or email. RSVPing takes one tap. Across the wedding, Alfred sends gentle WhatsApp prompts — that's it. No app, no account, no learning curve. Your 80-year-old grandmother can use it.

Within 24–48 hours of the last goodbye, guests have usually shared all their content, and Alfred delivers your interactive memory right away — the woven story of the wedding. From there, you can turn it into a hardcover book or a podcast episode (a short film format is coming soon). You edit, add or remove anything before approving. Hardcovers arrive 3–4 weeks after approval.

Couples typically gather a mix of 200–500 photos, voice notes and reflections from their guests. The WhatsApp prompts are gentle and spread across the wedding: a warm one before, one during the celebration, one after. Most guests respond to at least one — and many leave a voice note even if they don't have a photo to share.

Free up to 20 guests. Above that, Alfred is priced per guest — and the per-guest rate gets cheaper as your wedding grows. We take a card on file but only bill for the guests who RSVP yes. See the live calculator above for your exact number.

No. Alfred treats your wedding as a celebration, not a day. Whether you're doing one evening, a long weekend or a week of welcome dinners, ceremonies and brunches — Alfred captures the full story across every moment.

Yes. Every photo, voice note and reflection your guests share belongs to you. You can download the full archive at any time, in original quality. Alfred just handles the gathering and the weaving.
